Palestinian succumbs to critical wounds sustained by Israeli forces’ fire in Jabalia camp in Gaza

 

 

GAZA, October 4, 2026 (WAFA) – A Palestinian succumbed to critical wounds this evening sustained from Israeli occupation forces’ fire in Jabalia refugee camp, north of the Gaza Strip.

WAFA correspondent reported that Muhammad Nasser Al-Debs was killed after being shot by Israeli occupation forces near Yemen Al-Saeed Hospital in Jabalia refugee camp.

Medical sources said that the death toll since the beginning of the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip has risen to 74,237, while the number of injuries has reached 175,206.

They added that 1,454 Palestinians have been killed and 5,090 others injured since the ceasefire went into effect on October 11, 2025. Additionally, the bodies of 835 individuals have been recovered.

The sources noted that 181 Palestinians were recently added to the cumulative death toll, following the completion and approval of their data by the Martyrs’ Accreditation Committee. This marks the first update to the official statistics since September 26, 2026.
