KHAN YOUNIS, October 4, 2026 (WAFA) – Two Palestinians were injured, including one critically, by Israeli occupation fire near the Rafah Garage area in central Khan Yunis and in the vicinity of Yemen Al-Saeed Hospital in Jabalia refugee camp, south and north of the Gaza Strip, respectively.

WAFA correspondent reported that a Palestinian was injured in Israeli artillery shelling near the Rafah Garage area in central Khan Yunis, while another, critically injured, was transferred by ambulance from the vicinity of Yemen Al-Saeed Hospital in Jabalia refugee camp to the American Hospital.

According to cumulative figures, the death toll from the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, has reached 74,237, with 175,206 others injured.
