HEBRON, October 4, 2026 (WAFA) - Israeli colonists set fire to a Palestinian-owned vehicle and attacked Palestinian homes in the town of al-Samou, south of Hebron, late last night.
Local sources said a group of colonists infiltrated the home of Mahmoud Musa al-Rawashdeh in the Wadi Jheish area, east of al-Samou, set his vehicle on fire, spray-painted racist slogans on the walls, and damaged property.
The attack comes amid continued violence by Israeli colonists across the occupied West Bank.
According to the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA), more than 1,600 attacks by colonists resulting in Palestinian casualties or property damage were documented between January and August 2026, affecting 275 Palestinian communities and averaging 6.7 attacks per day.
