GAZA, September 27, 2026 (WAFA) – Two Palestinians were killed this evening by Israeli occupation forces’ gunfire in the Gaza Strip.

Nasser Medical Complex said that a Palestinian succumbed to injuries sustained from Israeli forces’ gunfire in an area outside their control in central Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip.

Meanwhile, a source in the ambulance and emergency services said that another Palestinian was killed after being shot by Israeli forces in the al-Tawam area, north of Gaza City.

The killing of the two Palestinians brought the number of Palestinians killed in the Gaza Strip since this morning to four, while 12 others have been injured.

Medical sources said today that the death toll from Israel’s genocidal war on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, has risen to 74,018, while the number of injured has reached 175,079.

They added that the number of Palestinians killed since the ceasefire went into effect on October 11 last year has risen to 1,417, with 4,964 injured, while 834 bodies have been recovered.

Many victims remain under the rubble and on the roads, inaccessible to ambulance and rescue crews.
