GAZA, September 21, 2026 (WAFA) — Two Palestinians, including a child, were killed this morning by Israeli army gunfire in the northern and southern Gaza Strip.
Medical sources reported that child Ismail al-Bardawil died from wounds he sustained after being shot by Israeli forces in the al-Mawasi area of Rafah, southern Gaza.
Meantime, Muhsen Ahmad Mustafa Bahja was killed after being shot in the head by an Israeli quadcopter drone in northern Gaza.
The new fatalities bring the total number of Palestinians killed since the ceasefire that began on October 11, 2025, to 1,395, while more than 4,830 have been injured. A total of 831 bodies have also been recovered from beneath the rubble during the same period.
