HEBRON, August 21, 2026 (WAFA) — The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced on Friday that 17-year-old Palestinian teenager Karim Sanad Shalaldeh was killed after being shot by Israeli colonists in the town of Sa'ir, northeast of Hebron.

Local sources told WAFA that large groups of armed colonists attacked Palestinian homes in Khirbet Hamroush area on the outskirts of the town and opened heavy live fire at residents.

Shalaldeh sustained a gunshot wound to the chest and was reported to be in critical condition before he was announced dead. A 70-year-old man was also shot and injured during the attack.

The colonists also set fire to a Palestinian home, causing it to burn.
