JERUSALEM, August 17, 2026 (WAFA) – A fire broke out Monday evening in the town of Beit Anan, northwest of Jerusalem, after Israeli forces fired tear gas canisters during a military raid, said local sources.
Sources reported that Israeli forces stormed the town and deployed tear gas canisters toward residents, sparking a fire in nearby lands.
The full extent of the affected area remains unknown.
