RAMALLAH, August 16, 2026 (WAFA) — Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Varsen Aghabekian Shahin said on Sunday that the ministry has intensified diplomatic efforts at various international levels to expose Israeli violations and colonist violence against Palestinians and their land and to pressure Israel to halt them.

Speaking to Voice of Palestine radio, Shahin said the ministry had dispatched briefings and organized field visits for foreign diplomats to witness Israeli violations and colonist attacks firsthand, with the aim of mobilizing international positions and pressing Israel to comply with international law and end colonist violence.

She stressed the strategic importance of the steadfastness of Palestinians in the town of Qusra and surrounding communities, including the villages of Abu Falah, al-Mughayyir, Qaryut and Jalud, in confronting Israeli plans aimed at changing the geographic and demographic reality.

Shahin affirmed that the Palestinian people will not abandon their land.
