JERUSALEM, August 5, 2026 (WAFA) — A young Palestinian man was injured by Israeli occupation forces’ gunfire this morning near al-Dahiya Gate in the town of al-Ram, north of occupied Jerusalem.
The Palestinian Red Crescent said its crews treated a young man who sustained a live bullet injury to the foot. He received first aid before being transferred to a hospital for further medical treatment.
The shooting occurred as Israeli forces early Wednesday raided the nearby Qalandia refugee camp, carrying boxes, equipment and maps, while heavily deploying soldiers in several neighborhoods and continuing raids and searches.
