BETHLEHEM, Tuesday, August 4, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces raided several towns and villages across the Bethlehem governorate on Tuesday, temporarily detained a Palestinian journalist and raided a poultry farm.
A security source told WAFA that Israeli forces entered the towns of Dar Salah, Al-Ubeidiya, Al-Shawawra, Za'atara and Harmala, east of Bethlehem.
The source added that the forces also raided Dheisheh refugee camp south of Bethlehem, where they detained journalist Muath Amarneh for several hours before releasing him.
Israeli forces also entered the town of Beit Fajjar, raided a poultry farm and destroyed quantities of eggs before storming the nearby village of Marah Rabah.
