RAMALLAH, July 30, 2026 (WAFA) — The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates on Thursday condemned a drone attack that targeted two vessels at Egypt's Damietta Port, expressing its full solidarity with the Arab Republic of Egypt, its leadership, government and people, and support for the measures it is taking to protect its security, sovereignty and citizens.
In a statement, the ministry stressed that Egypt's security and stability are an integral part of the region's security, adding that any attack targeting the country's sovereignty or security constitutes a violation of international law and a threat to regional peace and stability.
The State of Palestine reaffirmed its full support for Egypt and its leadership in confronting any actions that undermine the country's security and stability, and expressed its wishes for Egypt's continued security, stability and prosperity.
