AMMAN, July 24, 2026 (WAFA) – Jordan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs & Expatriates Ayman Safadi warned on Friday that the Israeli government was pushing the occupied West Bank towards explosion.
“Its blatant violations of the historical and legal status quo at Jerusalem’s Holy Sites are illegal and dangerous provocations,” he posted on X.
“They are pushing the region towards another disastrous conflict that will reverberate beyond the occupied Palestinian Territories. The international community must act effectively and quickly against these Israeli measures before it is too late,” he added.
