RAMALLAH, July 12, 2026 (WAFA) – Prime Minister Mohammad Mustafa on Sunday sent a cable of condolences to Qatar's Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, on the passing of Father Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani.
On his own behalf and on behalf of the Government of the State of Palestine, Prime Minister Mustafa extended his deepest condolences and heartfelt sympathies to the leadership, government, and people of the sisterly State of Qatar over this great loss.
