HEBRON, July 7, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces demolished two Palestinian homes, a residential tent, and filled in a water well in the town of Yatta, south of Hebron, on Tuesday. They also issued military notices ordering the filling in of additional water wells in the town of Beit Ummar to the north, according to local sources.
The sources said Israeli forces demolished a 200-square-meter home belonging to Mousa Ismail al-Adra in the al-Deirat area east of Yatta. The house was home to a family of nine. They also filled in a water well with a capacity of 200 cubic meters.
Israeli forces also demolished a tent erected on the site of a home they had demolished a month earlier. The tent was sheltering the five-member family of Radi al-Jabareen.
Meantime, military bulldozers began demolishing a second 200-square-meter home belonging to Mohammad Tayseer al-Adra, which housed a family of five.
Separately, Israeli forces distributed military notices ordering the filling in of several water wells in the al-Thaghra area north of the town of Beit Ummar.
