Prime Minister receives State Audit Bureau annual report for 2025

RAMALLAH, July 5, 2026 (WAFA) – Prime Minister Mohammad Mustafa received on Sunday the annual report of the State Audit and Administrative Control Bureau for 2025 at his office in Ramallah.

The report was handed over by the head of the bureau, Amal Faraj, in the presence of Minister of Transport and Communications Mohammad al-Ahmad and a delegation from the bureau.

During the meeting, Mustafa reviewed the main findings, indicators, and recommendations included in the report, which cover oversight of public and civil institutions, aimed at strengthening integrity, transparency, accountability, improving institutional performance, and enhancing the quality of public services.

He emphasized that the government systematically follows up on the bureau’s reports with relevant bodies and ensures that its recommendations are implemented as part of a broader government reform agenda that has been underway for nearly two years, aimed at strengthening governance, transparency, and administrative efficiency.

The Prime Minister praised the professional work of the State Audit Bureau, highlighting its role in safeguarding public funds, promoting good governance, and supporting administrative and financial reform efforts. 

He reaffirmed the government’s continued support for the bureau and its efforts to follow up on the implementation of its recommendations in order to improve government performance and public services and strengthen societal resilience.
