HEBRON, June 22, 2026 (WAFA) – Colonists, on Monday evening, damaged Palestinian citizens’ property in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron, while Israeli occupation forces detained two brothers from the area.

Anti-colonial settlement activist Osama Makhamreh told WAFA that several colonists carried out acts of vandalism against citizens’ property in the same area while residents were present on their land, as part of ongoing attacks targeting communities in Masafer Yatta.

He added that the occupation forces stormed Khirbet Hreibet al-Nabi in Masafer Yatta and detained the two brothers and led them to an unknown destination.

He pointed out that the area is witnessing continuous escalation by the occupation forces and colonists, targeting Palestinian citizens, their property, and agricultural lands.
