GAZA, June 15, 2026 (WAFA) – A Palestinian child was injured on Monday after being shot by Israeli occupation forces east of Gaza City.
WAFA correspondent, citing medical sources, reported that four-year-old Ghina Balbel was struck by live ammunition in the Al-Mashahara area of Al-Tuffah neighborhood, east of Gaza City.
Meanwhile, A Palestinian was killed and others were injured in an Israeli drone strike near a school in the Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza, according to initial reports.
Medical sources said an Israeli drone targeted a tent in front of Al-Razi School in the camp, resulting in the killing of a young man and the injury of several others with varying degrees of wounds.
The sources added that the total number of fatalities since the ceasefire on October 11 has risen to 992, with more than 3,145 injuries and 784 bodies recovered from under the rubble.
