NABLUS, June 11, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces opened fire on a Palestinian vehicle on Thursday near the Awarta military checkpoint south of Nablus, according to Palestinian security sources.
Sources said Israeli soldiers fired at the vehicle near the checkpoint. No injuries were reported as a result of the incident.
The vehicle was subsequently seized by Israeli forces, while the civilians inside were later released, the sources added.
