RAMALLAH, June 10, 2026 (WAFA) – Prime Minister Mohammad Mustafa discussed ON Wednesday the latest developments in the Palestinian Territory with European Commissioner for the Mediterranean Dubravka Šuica.
Prime Minister Mustafa’s phone call with EU Commissioner Šuica came amid an upsurge in attacks by mobs of Israeli colonists in the occupied West Bank and the worsening humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip.
Šuica expressed concern over the unbridled illegal Israeli colonial settlement expansion and the deteriorating economic and humanitarian conditions in the Palestinian Territory, stressing the importance of intensifying international efforts to contain the escalation.
During the call, both sides underscored the importance of joint efforts to achieve stability in the Palestinian Territory and advance a comprehensive and just political solution leading to the establishment of an independent and unified Palestinian state in accordance with international law and UN resolutions.
