RAMALLAH, June 10, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli colonists on Wednesday evening chopped down Palestinian-owned olive trees in the Deir Abu Mash'al village, northwest of Ramallah, according to local sources.
They reported that colonists cut off olive trees on a villager’s land plot, marking a new attack against the village.
Meanwhile, Israeli occupation forces barged their way into the village and unleashed barrages of tear gas canisters in several areas, triggering confrontations.
Earlier today, colonists erected several tents on privately-owned plot of land in the village to serve as a nucleus of a new colonial outpost.
Like many villages and towns across the Ramallah and al-Bireh Governorate, Deir Abu Mash'al is subjected to repeated attacks by occupation forces and colonists targeting agricultural land and residents' property.
