HEBRON, June 8, 2026 (WAFA) – An explosive ordnance disposal unit, in coordination with the Civil Defense and the Nuba Police Station, on Monday dealt with explosive shrapnel that fell inside the courtyard of a house in the town of Surif, west of Hebron.
Police said specialist teams responded immediately after receiving the report, secured the site, and implemented precautionary measures to ensure public safety. The explosive ordnance unit examined the shrapnel and handled it according to standard procedures before removing it safely from the location.
