RAMALLAH, June 2, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli forces detained three female students from Birzeit University, north of Ramallah, during pre-dawn raids on Tuesday.
Local sources told WAFA that Israeli troops detained students Natalie Abu Diya and Joulan Abu Awwad after raiding and searching their homes in the town of Birzeit.
The sources added that student Laila Khalil was detained after Israeli forces raided her family's home in the town of Beitunia, west of Ramallah.
