GAZA, June 1, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces on Monday set fire to dozens of homes and property in the eastern areas of Jabalia refugee camp, north of the Gaza Strip.

Local sources told WAFA that Israeli forces set fire to dozens of homes and properties east of Jabalia camp, causing flames and thick smoke to rise, blanketing the skies over the northeastern areas of the Strip.

Israeli Apache helicopters continued intensive flights over the western areas of Gaza City, coinciding with the ongoing assault in the northern part of the Strip.

This comes amid the continued Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip, which includes widespread shelling and the destruction of homes and infrastructure, particularly in the northern and eastern areas of the Strip.
