BETHLEHEM, May 31, 2026 (WAFA) – The General Authority for Civil Affairs informed the Ministry of Health on Sunday evening that a Palestinian was killed by Israeli occupation forces’ live fire at the Gush Etzion junction, south of Bethlehem.
The Ministry of Health said in a brief statement that it was informed of the killing of a young man, who was identified as 31-year-old Amjad Jawad Abdel Fattah Natsheh, after Israeli occupation forces opened fire at the junction area south of the governorate.

The killing of the young man Natsheh comes amid a surge in attacks by Israeli occupation forces across the West Bank governorates, which have resulted in several Palestinians killed and the injury and detention of dozens of citizens, the latest of whom was the killing of the young man Imad Haroun Ashtiyeh (26 years) from the village of Salem, east of Nablus, who died on Sunday from his wounds after being shot in the thigh with live ammunition by Israeli occupation forces near the Ramm wall.
