GAZA, May 29, 2026 (WAFA) – Three Palestinians were killed early Friday in an Israeli drone strike targeting the city of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip.

WAFA correspondent reported that an Israeli drone struck the al-Mawasi area west of Khan Younis, killing three civilians and injuring several others.

Additional injuries were reported in al-Mawasi after Israeli forces bombed a structure and a plot of land near agricultural greenhouses.

In a separate attack, five Palestinians were wounded after Israeli forces shelled al-Yarmouk Street in Gaza City, causing a fire to break out inside one of the buildings.

Meanwhile, an Israeli airstrike targeted the vicinity of Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in central Gaza after civilians had evacuated the area.
