RAMALLAH, May 17, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces raided Jalazone refugee camp on Sunday evening and fired tear gas canisters at Palestinian youths.
Local sources told WAFA that the occupation forces stormed the camp and deployed throughout several of its streets, leading to clashes with young Palestinians. During the clashes, the forces fired tear gas canisters extensively.
The sources added that the occupation soldiers deliberately fired tear gas at residents' homes. No injuries have been reported so far.
