SALFIT, May 17, 2026 (WAFA) – Colonists cut down 150 fruit trees on Sunday in the lands of Yasuf village, east of Salfit.
Local sources reported that colonists stormed the “al-Nasba” area and cut down approximately 150 trees of various types, including olive, almond, peach, and grape trees, belonging to citizens Attallah Yassin, Anwar Ayoub, and Wafa Yassin.
The sources added that this attack comes amidst escalating colonists' attacks on Palestinian lands and properties in Salfit Governorate, particularly in areas near colonies and outposts.
