GAZA, May 15, 2026 (WAFA) – An Israeli airstrike on Friday evening killed seven Palestinians and injured dozens of others west of the city of Gaza, according to WAFA correspondent.

He reported that Israeli warplanes targeted an apartment and a civilian vehicle at the Abu Al-Kas junction in the Al-Rimal neighborhood, claiming the lives of seven Palestinians and injuring scores of others.

Israel has waged a military onslaught on the Strip since 7 October 2023, killing 72,744 Palestinians, mostly women and children, and injuring 172,588 others.

Since the Gaza ceasefire agreement went into effect on October 11, 2025, Israel has killed 857 Palestinians and injured 2,486 others. The bodies of 771 slain Palestinians have been recovered during the same period.
