HEBRON, May 13, 2026 (WAFA) – A Palestinian citizen and a foreign activist sustained bruises on Wednesday evening after armed colonists attacked Palestinian residents’ homes south of Hebron, according to a local activist.

Activist Osama Makhamreh told WAFA that a group of armed colonists hurled stones at the home of citizen Mohammad al-Jabarin in the eastern area of Shaab al-Butm in Masafer Yatta, physically assaulting his son, Fadi, and a foreign activist, causing them bruises and damaging the property.

In a related development, Israeli occupation forces stormed the southern area of Hebron city, deploying across streets and in the vicinity of residents’ homes. Several residents were briefly detained and assaulted before being released.
