TUBAS, May 13, 2026 (WAFA) – Two Palestinians were injured and 17 others were detained on Wednesday morning during an ongoing Israeli military incursion on the town of Aqaba, north of Tubas.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) reported in a brief statement that its crews treated two residents injured by Israeli soldiers during the raid. The two casualties were treated at the scene.
Meanwhile, Kamal Bani Odeh, director of the Palestinian Prisoner's Society in Tubas, confirmed that Israeli forces detained 17 residents of the town since the raid began four hours earlier.
He added that detainees were taken to a house being used as a field interrogation center, while on residents’ homes continued throughout the town.
