RAMALLAH, May 12, 2026 (WAFA) – ️ The Palestinian Cabinet warned today of the escalating Israeli colonists' terrorism crimes targeting the Palestinian people and their property, as colonist militias carried out a total of 154 attacks targeting 26 Palestinian villages over the past week. These terror attacks have so far resulted in the killing of one Palestinian citizen and the injury of nine others.

The Cabinet also highlighted 11 demolition operations carried out by the Israeli occupation authorities, targeting 63 Palestinian structures, the largest of which took place in the Jerusalem Governorate as part of preparations to advance the gravely dangerous colonial "E1" settlement plan. 

It further condemned the continued daily Israeli violations involving bombardment and killings against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip, alongside its ongoing obstruction of the entry of essential humanitarian relief and recovery supplies into the devastated Strip.

The Cabinet further welcomed the decision by European Union Foreign Ministers to green-light sanctions against settlers and settlement entities involved in acts of violence against the Palestinian people in the occupied West Bank.

At the same time, it called on all countries around the world to follow suit by adopting similar—and more decisive—political, economic, and legal measures against the entire Israeli settlement enterprise, considering it illegal and a grave violation of international law and international legitimacy resolutions.
