GAZA, May 11, 2026 (WAFA) – A child was injured by Israeli occupation forces on Monday morning in Beit Lahia, northern Gaza Strip.

According to medical sources, the child was shot by Israeli forces in the Atatra area, west of Beit Lahia, and was transferred to a hospital.

The Israeli bombardment of areas east of Gaza City and Khan Younis continues.

The occupation continues its violations of the ceasefire that went into effect on October 11, 2023. Since then, the number of Palestinians killed has reached 851, with more than 2,437 injuries and 770 bodies recovered.

The total number of Palestinians killed in the Israeli offensive on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, has reached 72,737, with 172,539 injured.
