BEIRUT, May 9, 2026 (WAFA) – Four Lebanese citizens were killed on Saturday evening in Israeli airstrikes targeting several areas in southern Lebanon.
According to Lebanon's National News Agency, one person was killed after an Israeli drone strike targeted a vehicle in Nabatieh.
Three more people were killed after Israeli fighter jets bombed a building in the al-Bayyad neighborhood of Nabatieh.
Israeli warplanes also carried out two consecutive strikes targeting the course of the Zawtar River area in southern Lebanon.
