JERUSALEM, May 8, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces detained and assaulted a Palestinian man on Friday while he was present in the courtyards of Al-Aqsa Mosque in occupied Jerusalem.
Local sources said Israeli forces detained community activist Mohammad Abu al-Hummus and assaulted him near the Moroccan Gate area of the mosque compound.
