GAZA, May 6, 2026 (WAFA) — An Israeli strike on Wednesday evening killed a Palestinian and injured several others in the Al-Daraj neighborhood of central Gaza City, according to WAFA correspondent.

He reported that Israeli aircraft targeted a group of civilians near the Jabalia parking lot on Al-Wehda Street in the neighborhood, claiming a civilian’s life and injuring several others.

He added that all casualties were evacuated to Al-Ahli Arab Hospital.

Medical sources reported that the death toll in the Gaza Strip since dawn today has risen to nine. This includes four fatalities in the northern Gaza Strip and one in the south, while the others succumbed to previously sustained injuries.
