HEBRON, May 6, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces on Wednesday ordered a halt to construction work on eight Palestinian-owned homes in the village of Ad-Deirat, east of Yatta, south of Hebron, according to a local activist.
Anti-colonization activist, Osama Makhamreh, said Israeli forces raided the village and issued stop-work orders targeting several inhabited homes.
WAFA correspondent reported that the forces earlier in the day also delivered two additional stop-work orders targeting homes in the same village.
