JERUSALEM, May 6, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli forces demolished on Wednesday a Palestinian house in the town of Al-Sawahra, southeast of Jerusalem.
The Jerusalem Governorate reported that Israeli troops stormed the town and demolished a two-story house belonging to Mustafa Abdul-Ghani Za'atra, citing construction without a permit as pretext.
The demolition comes as part of Israeli authorities' policy of demolishing homes in Jerusalem and its surrounding areas under the pretext of building without a permit.
