BETHLEHEM, May 4, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces erected a military checkpoint west of Bethlehem on Monday.
Local sources told WAFA correspondent that the occupation forces set up the checkpoint at the Shuli area on the main road connecting the towns of Battir and Nahalin, and the villages of Husan and Wadi Fukin. They stopped and searched vehicles and checked the IDs of Palestinian citizens, causing a traffic jam in the area.
