GAZA, May 2, 2026 (WAFA) — A Palestinian was killed and another injured on Saturday evening after an Israeli drone strike targeted the vicinity of Al-Qastal Towers east of Deir al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip.

Local sources reported that the strike was carried out by an Israeli drone, resulting in one fatality and one injury at the scene.

According to local health authorities, the overall death toll from the ongoing Israeli aggression on Gaza has risen to 72,608, with 172,445 reported injured, since October 7, 2023.
