GAZA, April 26, 2026 (WAFA) – Two Palestinians were killed on Sunday morning in a drone strike carried out by Israeli occupation forces in the Al-Zaytoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza City.
According to medical sources cited by WAFA correspondents, Mohammad Riyad Al-Ashqar and Mohammad Ziad Al-Ashqar were killed when a drone targeted a group of civilians near Kuwait Roundabout in the Al-Zaytoun area.
With the killing of the two men, the total number of fatalities since the start of the ceasefire on October 11, 2025, has risen to 814, while the number of injuries has reached 2,267. In addition, 761 bodies have been recovered from under the rubble.
