RAMALLAH, April 25, 2026 (WAFA) – The Central Elections Commission – Palestine announced the closure of all 12 polling centers in Deir al-Balah and the start of counting and tabulation, in the presence of observers, electoral list agents, and accredited journalists.
The commission said voter turnout in Deir al-Balah reached 22.66%, with 15,962 voters casting their ballots out of a total of 70,449 eligible voters.
In the West Bank, the commission confirmed that polling centers will close at exactly 7:00 p.m., urging citizens to head to their polling stations and take part in the electoral process.
