SALFIT, April 21, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces on Monday night closed the entrances to several towns and villages in Salfit governorate, using iron gates and military checkpoints, according to local sources.
Sources told WAFA that the occupation forces tightened military measures across most areas of the governorate, sealing off iron gates installed at the entrances of towns and villages, preventing the movement of vehicles, and conducting inspections and identity checks on passengers, as part of a policy of collective punishment against Palestinian citizens.
