NEW YORK, April 21, 2026 (WAFA) – A protest was held in New York City in front of the headquarters of an industrial company in the Shipsheed Bay neighborhood of Brooklyn, organized by activists demanding the removal of what they described as "war profiteers" from residential areas.
The protest stemmed from accusations that the company manufactures components used in advanced air defense systems, including the THAAD and Patriot systems, which are used by the United States and, according to the protest organizers, support the Israeli military and occupation forces.
The organizers affirmed their intention to continue their protests against what they termed "war-related industries" within American cities.
