NABLUS, 20 April 2026 (WAFA) – Colonists attacked, on Monday evening, several Palestinian citizens and their homes in towns and villages south of Nablus, and set up tents on land in the village of Jalud to the south of Nablus, according to security sources.

Sources said that colonists stormed the al-Dhahra area on the outskirts of Beita town, where they assaulted citizens’ homes and property. They also attacked staff of the Beita Municipality while they were carrying out maintenance work on a water line in the Qamas area in the town.

In a related incident, colonists attacked a house in Khirbet al-Marajim, part of Duma village land, targeting the home of a local Palestinian citizen and damaging his water meter.

A group of colonists also set up tents in the al-Dahr area, east of Jalud village, in an attempt to take control of the land.
