GAZA, 19 April 2026 (WAFA) – A child was killed on Sunday evening by Israeli occupation forces’ gunfire east of Al-Maghazi refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip.

Earlier in the evening, a civilian was killed, and others were injured when an Israeli drone targeted a motorcycle on Salah al-Din Street, northeast of Al-Nuseirat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip, according to medical sources at Al-Awda Hospital.

Medical sources in the Gaza Strip said earlier on Sunday that the death toll from the Israeli aggression on the besieged enclave since 7 October 2023 has risen to 72,551, in addition to 172,274 injured.

Sources noted that many victims remain under the rubble and scattered on roads, inaccessible to ambulance and rescue teams.
