Israeli forces detain four Palestinians from West Bank

JERUSALEM, April 15, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces on Wednesday evening detained four Palestinians from various parts of the occupied West Bank, according to local sources.

They said that the occupying forces showed up at a house in the East Jerusalem neighborhood of Silwan, broke in, conducted a thorough search, and rounded up an occupant.

In the Tubas governorate, the occupation forces rounded up a Palestinian after summoning him to interrogation at the Salem military checkpoint, as confirmed by Kamal Bani-Odeh, Director of the Palestine Prisoner’s Society Office in Tubas.

The detainee was identified as a resident of Tammun town.

In the Hebron governorate, a convoy of army vehicles stormed Idhna town, where the soldiers ransacked several houses in addition to HQs of the local Zakat Committee, and vandalized several vehicles.

The soldiers rounded up two people from the local Zaqat Committee HQs and shut it down as per a military order.
