HEBRON, April 15, 2026 (WAFA) - A Palestinian citizen and his son were injured on Wednesday evening during an attack carried out by Israeli colonists against Palestinians in Masafer Yatta, south of Hebron, according to local sources.

Activist Osama Makhamreh told WAFA that a group of armed colonists attacked Palestinian citizens and shepherds in the Wadi Abu Shaban area of Masafer Yatta, assaulting them and spraying them with pepper spray, which resulted in injuries and suffocation to citizen Saeed Aliyan Awad and his son, Muath.

They were both transferred by Red Crescent ambulance crews to Yatta Governmental Hospital.
