Israeli forces uproot 200 trees in Hizma northeast of Jerusalem

 

JERUSALEM, April 5, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli occupation forces on Sunday uprooted 200 trees belonging to Palestinian residents in the town of Hizma, northeast of occupied Jerusalem.

According to the Jerusalem Governorate, the occupation forces uprooted around 200 trees during land leveling operations along the main road in the town.

The trees belong to several local Palestinian families.
