GAZA, March 30, 2026 (WAFA) – An elderly Palestinian woman succumbed on Monday to critical gunshot wounds she sustained several days ago from Israeli forces’ gunfire in the city of Beit Lahia, in the northern Gaza Strip.
Local sources reported that a young man was injured by a live bullet to the neck fired from an Israeli Quadcopter drone near Al-Tayeb Hall in Beit Lahia. His condition was described as moderate.
Earlier in the day, a 10-year-old boy was seriously injured by Israeli forces’ gunfire east of the Bureij refugee camp, in the central Strip.
In a related incident, a woman from the Tel Al-Hawa neighborhood was wounded by live fire fired from an Israeli machine gun mounted on a crane, east of Gaza City.
Medical sources in Gaza confirmed that the toll of those killed and injured since the start of the Israeli aggression on the Strip on October 7, 2023, has reached 72,280 and 172,014, respectively.
