JERUSALEM, March 29, 2026 (WAFA) – Israeli colonists attempted on Sunday to bring animal sacrifices into the Old City of occupied Jerusalem in preparation for the Jewish Passover holiday.
Circulating video footage showed a number of colonists carrying animals intended for sacrifice as part of preparations for the holiday.
The incident comes as Israeli authorities continue to close the holy city and Al-Aqsa Mosque to Muslim worshippers for the 30th consecutive day.
